Located in the much sought after “Old Goodwood” area; there is a great deal of charm here.  It's just walking distance from the park, and close to shopping, restaurants, churches and schools.  Large oak trees similar to the one found here, are customary for this area which has a blend of old and newer houses creating old town atmosphere.
